If they would just legalize it in Canada I think Montreal would get top honours. Toronto and Vancouver would be honourable mentions.
What an asinine hypothesis. Not only is Toronto not the best in the world, it's not even the best in Canada, by a mile or 4. As others notes, Montreal is amazing, and while Toronto is better than Vancouver for the MP/agency scene, I would say Calgary & Edmonton are equal to Toronto in many respects. It's top 5 in Canada no doiubt, but come on, London England, Amsterdam, Berlin and other German locations, Sydney Australia, Toronto isn't even in the top 10 in the world.

While they don't have as broad a selection (few non-asian except for some Russians) the big difference is that they treat you as a boyfriend while you are with them. I would have to agree, Vancouver has no business being mentioned in a thread titled "Best in the world" when it come to pay for play. There are some gems out there but even if you combined Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton they can't hold a candle to Toronto let alone Montreal.
