No, they are isolated single incidents by, usually mentally ill, individuals. They are not well organized, well financed, well equipped, frequent pattern of attacks, often on a large scale, under a general command structure (ISIS, Al Qaeda, etc.) with training camps and with the same ideological objective.
If you're saying he's not important on the world stage, I agree with you. He's a vacuous air-head who will never command the respect of other world leaders.
However his audience tonight was Canada, not the world.

That's because Trudeau doesn't want to fight terrorism or acknowledge Canada's military is a fighting force. It's someone else's problem. Winter jackets and food are the solution.

No it doesn't. Same thing could easily happen in Canada. Just talk to any soldier who has been in combat about how much trouble one man, even untrained, can pin down their entire platoon.
Very easy for 5 armed men to organize and kill over 100, especially since Europeans have strict gun laws prohibiting private citizens from being armed.

ISIS hasn't attacked us yet and nor should they. Better to stay out of the a fight and the bully will leave you alone. Canada sees itself in a different role than attacking and fighting, the USA can do all that (Canada doesn't have the comparable resources anyways). Tredeau wants to play a humanitarian role when the world is in crisis. Humanitarian aid is much cheaper than military muscle for those who are concerned about your tax dollars.
If I ever run across you in real life and see that you're being bullied, I'll remember your advice and leave you alone so he can have his way with you, because I haven't been bothered by him. I'll be sure to comfort you later though because that's how you want it.
