This court issue has been open since 1998. I've been through 3 lawyers in that time. They basically suck all your money and play the lets see who will give up first game, which is very emotionally stressful when their is a child stuck on the middle who is growing up fast. Anyways, I've done some of the paper work myself as all documents are available for free online but there are just so many procedures. Filing, serving, than confiing 2 days before the actual date. Thankfully last night my friend who I didn't want to let know what I used to do now knows and is taking in my case. She is not judging me for being massage attendant and I'm so happy.
