I'm not sure if this has been mentioned in the thread (so much being said) but at 0:22 seconds you can see her facing what appears to be him and juts out quickly to block him from getting to the bar.
Then she thrusts her hip out like a good low post play in basketball to keep him out from the bar. lol
Who knows what transpired prior to all this, so many variables, it happens all the damn time at clubs, dirty looks, he hit on her friends, she flirted with him got ignored, they bumped into each other before - words exchanged, etc, etc.
There's a reason why they have bouncers and security at clubs, people + booze = trouble, almost any night.
It sucks for him that he didn't hold back, but everyone has a threshold with and without alcohol. For her, she got to feel what a 50 yard pass would be like.
Hopefully it doesn't end for him, because he'll carry this for the rest of his life and like someone else said, everyone deserves a second chance.
I'm not condoning what he did, but the environment is ripe for trouble. It's definitely hard not to talk away, but like Whoopi said you also have to teach women "do not put your hands on anybody/you hit somebody, they hit you back, don't be surprised" the "chivalry thing" isn't alive.
