Unfortunatly, I have a hard time, every time, spelling unfortunately.

Also heard an American DJ mispronounce the name of the old Canadian band "The Payola's" today. What makes it hilarious is that the name of the band is a direct reference to the act of accepting cash to play a record on air in hopes that it will eventually become popular. Payola was a big scandal back in the early days of Rock and Roll involving many well known DJ's including Alan Freed and Dick Clark.

Many words with double letters like .

Massachusetts is hard for me to pronounce .

Words like Caribbean, beginning, accomodation etc can be hard to spell where sometimes you are not sure whether it's the r's or the b's, C's or the m's that should be double, or whether it's one n or two n's etc
I'm also uncertain how Caribbean is supposed to be pronounced? "Care-i-be-in" or "Cur-rib-be-in" or something else?

Another one is anemone.

physicist can be a tongue twister, Especially astrophysicist.

Another one is ophthalmologist (I had to use spell checker here cuz I got it wrong the first time).

I remember as a kid that 'electrician' stumped people in a spelling Bee because we didn't know about the pesky 'a' letter.
