Over the years I have tried many different wines but I don't think my own list exceeds 100 different wines and there are thousands of others out there that I haven't even thought of...
So let us say: white or red (I am partial to Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs); price range $18-30; available in Ontario... and tell us what you like about your choice/s.
Let me begin by suggesting one of my own current favorites: Maycas de Limarí Quebrada Seca; Chilean Chardonnay; $30; full body, dry, well oaked and very succulent that I love with oily fish such as sea bass and salmon... interesting side note, it comes from a valley in Chile that was cultivated by the Incas...
