I noticed the camera caught her at the game the other night! She's a regular???

And congrats to most here on the board who correctly guessed the range oh number of wins!!!
Wonk, I was wondering if that was her, too! Good eye, man!

Tonight in Brooklyn will be a real test. Nets are playing very well and being desperate and at home makes it another playoff like game. Let's see how they do.....let's go Raptors!:thumb:

Not a 'Raptors topic', but Sim Bhullar (a 7 ft 5 355lb Center from Toronto) signed with the Kings. Watched his highlights, and if he can become more mobile, may be a serviceable player in the NBA.

Will need a ton of footwork work but I think his ceiling will an Asian Pro League, maybe China. May be serviceable enuff though to play for Canada if he wants. Best of luck to him, always make the best of an opportunity.

Without KLo and Amir Raps just didn't have enuff to slay the dragon again. Would have been a game to steal but losing AJ was tough. Now into Beantown on the back end against another desperate team and without 2 starters..... Raps are trending down again but a solid team effort tonight might still do it! Let's go Raptors!:thumb:

..and I heard again last night that Raps do not have home court in first round sewn up....makes for current injury bug as being mightily inconvenient......5 games, including perennial Raptor killers Charlotte twice, left.....need to have good things happen now else I think chances of winning first round get tougher....let's go raptors! :thumb:

Where did you hear that? Surely as Atlantic champs they have to be top 4 and with that first round home advantage.

Devlin and Leo : essentially if second place team from another division Wiz has better record they get home court in first round. I know it's weird but have heard it discussed a bunch of times. I also tought win division gets home court auto but I guess it isn't? Somehow if someone else has heard please confirm as this would be another thing I wouldn't mind adding to my list of things I know nothing about! :frusty:

Correct - from a standings standpoint the Raps can finish no less than 4th based on winning the Atlantic; however if they are 4th and the Wizards are 5th and the Wizards finish the season with a better record than the Raps then the Wizards get home court to start the playoffs. This is news to me too as I heard Leo and Matt talking about it on the broadcast the other night. Not sure if this is a new rule/format change.

RGuy, Charlotte dynasty is on us again just when wins are needed. Hope the boys can get over this hornet allergy tonight!

Love the defense last night ... 46-32 same as last year with 4 games left .. funny thing is Both Bulls and Raps are 46-32 this year and were 47-32 last year also .

RGuy, Raps finally made the Hornets look like...well.... The Hornets! Finally...win over the bees and in fine style, too! Now we head for a Florida swing that a week ago looked like a sweep for a first time in a long time, too, but Magic are trending up with 3 wins Ina row and beating up Chicago last night (thanks for that!) and Miami well, is a desperate Miami so who knows? Still think they can get two wins and still be on track for 50! Let's go Raptors! :thumb:

These next four games in the schedule for all teams will be so hard to predict ie teams resting players

Tonight Wizards and Nets get it on, hate the Nets but need the Wizards to lose. Meanwhile, hope the Raps are concentrating on beating the Magic. That was a great effort against Charlotte and another one like that should help get the swagger back!

Well excuse me for assuming !

I assumed (I should have remembered the lesson I learned watching the Bad News Bears) that finishing fourth, or is that awarded fourth, meant something. I guess it depends on the final standing.
In the infinite wisdom of the NBA they give you something that is meaningless, unless of course you have the fourth best record. If you are a division champion with the fifth best record, fourth place is meaningless.
You see the NBA can say whatever they want, the fourth best record will be fourth where it counts. It makes zero sense to me.

Wizards are throwing in the towel ( resting their allstar PG ) .. with the win last night they all but assured themselves home court advantage .

Wow have the mighty fallen .. The Heat are on life support to make the playoffs . Heck the top two in the conference last year may miss the playoffs

Hey ... Still a chance at 50 and winning out also gets them 3rd and the Bucks....please don't let Heat off the hook and put them out of their misery tonight..... Raps haven't won in Miami in forever (like the Hornets) so tonight is time to end that streak too!...... Let's go Raptors! :thumb:
