False. Between 2000 and 2004, there were 6 presidents alive. Bush Jr, Clinton, Bush Sr, Reagan, Carter, and Ford. And during Clinton's first term there were 6 presidents alive: Clinton, Bush Sr, Reagan, Carter, Ford and Nixon.

According to any map or atlas I have ever seen and confirmed by Wikipedia, Victoria is still just a state in Australia.
I do not know the name of the film, but before it appeared on Sesame Street it was used in the late 60s in a documentary about the wild sex life in Sweden.
Also, Giorgio Moroder used it in his film called Giorgio, but that may have been after it appeared on Sesame Street.

I know that she was born July 1st, 1967. (The Centennial). I think I remember reading somewhere that she was the first baby born in Canada that day.
