 I'm sure I may be able to speak for other ladies on this board too, if I am wrong in that assumption please excuse. However if you would like to book a session with an sp please do so by whatever means they are asking,( if that mean a simple phone call or text great,if u are a real client who is looking for a session) maybe a pm(from a serious handle) or e-mail and fill out the requested forms on site if your intention is genuine.

I'm just reading between the lines here, Amber, but no-shows are a shitty part of any business that works on appointments. Unfortunately, there are people out there who just don't care and waste time by booking and not showing up. There are also people out there who are carrying a half-full tool bag and can't figure out how to brush their own teeth or make an appointment properly. I agree with your appeal here, Amber. I just don't know that it'll help.

(Now if anybody knows of some little and only irritating rather than destructive bomb that could be sent to no-shows..........)

it is not the people that book and then cancel or that are stupid that I am talking about here. I too have been dis-organized and doubled booked or had to cancel, however I don't take the time of day to try and book up some ones day with no intentions of showing up in the first place(I'm talking about something a little(no a lot) different. I know that some no shows and cancellations are part of the biz, it is something entirely different I am talking about. I wonder if some other girls know what I'm talking about. I know that the handles and people doing it do.

Aha! Yes, that is different. What you're talking about isn't just sloth or rudeness, it's malicious. You're talking about someone or some people who would purposely book your day (or lots of time in your day) to make you unavailable to other potential clients. That's preventing you from making a living. That really sucks!

Unfortunately yes, it does happen to many of the ladies I've met in this industry. Especially the better reviewed ones for some reason.

Interesting thread. Some people, like me, like to keep their board handle private and won't book a session through a PM. I like to make initial contact with indy's through their email or their website contact form (it's really unfortunate that foxxylady has neither). I can explain in a polite and non-graphic way what I am looking for in a session, and the provider can respond that she would, or would not, be a good match for what I am looking for. Unfortunately, most indy's that I have seen say that most people who contact them through email and contact forms are time wasters. Of course all my appointments are voice-verified.

I think I remember, years and years ago, their was a bad client/time waster resource list for SP's...is this no longer the case?

I did mention that some sp's do book thro there website and e-mail, it works for a lot of the ladies sometimes it is not always legit either. I have chosen pm's and yes it works, however there are a lot of bs handles. I know some girls ask for first and last name and where you work, and this too works for them and there clients. Yes you can't please everyone. I do believe an sp can choose the way she books and yes there are some weeds in the garden (not 420) I don't want to offend those 420 friendly terbies lol. It is just part of the biz I suppose . I can also be booked through garden of eden website as I work for them also

There still are a few national blacklists and verification checkers that exist.

I'd say it's most who contact me by phone who are, which is why I've removed my number on all other places except Terb.

Do you still get those spoffed, or new jack numbers sweets even though your number is just on terb, I was thinking I should change my number to, although i'm not sure it would make a differeance in most causes as I just got a handle now from terb who insists he can only call me from some computer spoffed number.

I don't answer computer numbers anymore. I also blocked unknown/private numbers from coming through my phone. It's made my life so much easier. When I put my number on Eros, I got so many time wasters in the first week, I took it off. No more incessant ringing.

Even in that first week, the only serious gentlemen were the ones who used my booking form or emailed me directly.

Yep- totally know what you are talking about. Generally I brush it off, but I had a kinky caller who wanted very specific wardrobe requests and I had to turn down another client because the times overlapped. The jerk never showed.

I don't mind booking thru PM with my board handle. I know it provides a sort of screener and would give a slight idea of who or what kind of person I am to the ladies.

Definitely need a robust screening process that is simple and easy to use for both clients and provider.

I find contacting the indies here through PM, or text, and giving them my handle let's them know I'm serious, and also gives them insight into me personally (should they exercise the desire to look up my posts here etc...)
I know many guys like to have a buffer between their TERB persona, and their personal info.

I may start with PMs and/or emails, but eventually I give my phone number and evolve to texts and/or voice. Many times I express an interest to book in the future without committing. Sort of like networking beforehand, especially if there's contact via a board.
