It's possible.

If I'm showering between clients and expecting a confirmation call during that time from my next client, I'll put the ringer on high and leave my cell on top of my towel on the side of the tub between the outer cloth curtain and the inner plastic one. I usually turn the water off if and when they call during that time, but if it slipped out of my hand it just might land in any water not yet drained out of the tub and pooled in the bottom of it. Highly improbable, but possible.

In my experience, booking/communication and punctuality are typically very different between agencies and indy SPs.

Service wise, it can be hit and miss from either side. I've seen great agency and indy SPs, but also lousy ones.

I've found that when it comes to booking, communication and punctuality, an agency wins hands down. Yeah, sometimes they are late or you need to call them again later in order for the person on the phone to pick up, but it's usually pretty good.

Indy SPs can be totally unreliable. Some don't call or text you back at all, some don't for days, one person I used their website email form a few times (as suggested as there isn't even a phone number) and never got one response back. I guess it's understandable if they are handling all the calls and emails themselves and it gets to a point some will just call it a night and ignore all incoming emails/calls, but it's the one thing you got to just accept as part of the biz if you want to keep trying to book indy SPs.

Contacting an agency also has a wider range of available timing. You can all at 9 am or 9 pm and most will have someone picking up. With my time booking Indys, their window of getting back to you (if they even do) is much smaller.

Even though your statement is good for you it is not for me. I need to know, who I am meeting. I am not into blind dates, been there done it !!

I think the issue you're having is that most indy ladies that screen expect a minimum of 48 hours notice to book a rendezvous. It's certainly a lot to expect for a lady to check references and confirm your validity with less than 24 hours notice. If your taste was for the discerning indy with a desire to properly screen her clientele I'm sure you wouldn't have experienced the above described inconveniences.

That's my point. On the other hand, an agency has someone ready to pick up when someone calls and goes over scheduling right there.

The 48 hour waiting period isn't an issue, since almost everyone booking an SP has to call a place days in advance anyway. The chances of calling the same day and hoping that SP is available at an agency at the time that works is slim, and almost zero chance if they decide calling when they get home from work in hopes of seeing her later that night.

Whether indy or agency SP, make sure to use the search tool and check reviews. Also, check reviewers history to see if they seem like a shill poster or not.

You want to avoid posters with reviews that seem too vague, too positive all the time (shill) or too negative all the time (basher).

The best reviews to trust come from people who give decent detail and provide both good and bad experiences because anyone who has hobbied has had both good times and lousy times.
