First of all, I hope you are physically ok... Money can be replaced, your well being is much more important.
Assuming you are ok, have you considered calling the police. I'm not a lawyer, and I'm definitely not a c36 expert, however my understanding is that selling sex is not illegal. Therefore having $5k stolen from you is pretty much the same as someone robbing the lcbo for $5k.

It's sure it's not the first time he did that , I will be very careful in the futur , I only see nice people usually .. I was really in rush to check in for the hotel and don't make him wait ! Usually I put the money in the safe , I been in the washroom for 1

Sorry to hear Dear. If it was a decent hotel then this guy's face is on numerous close circuit cameras. Report it.
