Is there a car insurance discount for turning 50?
Anyone ever get this, and how much.

Any insurance company that is renewing a policy that hears that name knows they've just lost a customer.

Mind you that's what I've heard as I'm only 39.

I've already hit the 50 mark and my last renewal saw a reduction of 15%. I have no idea of the reason, figured it was better not to ask. I have been with the same company for years, no tickets or accidents in the last 10 years and includes first at fault accident free protection.

Possibly, it really depends on your insurance company. Ask your broker, they will be able to fill you in.
