If you're truly worried about current legislation I'd stick with gals you know on this site, hotel or not. They all have great track records and are discrete. Remember this is their living and they'll protect it.

I don't know for sure that these ladies want it spelled out that they work from home. Some may tell you when they meet or it's clear they live there, but a list may not be a great idea in terms or safety/privacy.

I don't know...I won't go to a hotel for a while. LE could be anywhere really...in the room, in the lobby, in the parking lot. I think this is less likely at private residence or you may be able to scope out an area a bit first. I'm not asking for any specific locations, just that they provide from a private residence. Just the town they work in is fine. Most of these SP's advertise it anyway.

It would save a lot of time instead of wading through the ads...
