well, it's true. That's how it works in the service industry. I'm obviously going to pick the guy that tips over the one that doesn't. Tippers get preferential treatment. If someone books me for 2 hours, tips and buys me flowers am I going to pick the guy that kind of talks to me like an *sshol, doesn't tip and wants to spend the least amount of money possible? Of course not. I don't expect a tip, but I do hate people that try to come in for a massage with release at $60 and expect something more than that and then they don't tip. Taking a massage appointment is only worth it for me if things are slow... otherwise I could potentially lose out on $140. I like doing massage, but no one ever really seems to appreciate them. They're always in a rush to get to the release. I'm in the wrong business. lol
