Sorry, but we're Canadian, we're polite.
Thank you for your post.

But I understand your point-no-point, I think they should have used excessive force, shot them up, then make up an excuse. Then we could have Monday morning quarterbacks dissect it all and cry racism.

Sad thing is they will get light sentences because of their age. Will probably be back on the street in 5 yrs.

While at least one of their victims (roughly the same age as they are) will be a quadriplegic for the rest of her life and will almost certainly have a shorter lifespan than she otherwise would have had. That is if this doesn't develop into a murder case.

I will be DISGUSTED if the prosecutors don't push for them to be tried as adults. Less than a year from the line, and for god's sake its an armed home invasion, they knew exactly what the fuck they were doing.

'Your Honour, he's really a nice boy. He was just about to turn his life around. He wanted to go to university to become a brain surgeon. And he also plays with his little cousin on Sundays.'

Wish I could have been a brain surgeon. But it takes something like 9 years of university... if only I'd had the money.

Probably should have shot someone in the spine at 17, and got the government to fund it for me as part of my "rehabilitation."

- 3 big time crooks commit crime
- Crooks underaged
- In Canada, they are classified under the Young Offenders Act

I'd ballpark the punishment to be:

- Identity hidden "to protect their future"
- 3 years in some kind of juvenile detention centre

That hard hitting Canadian law enforcement will show its true colours again.

Could be worse, the Liberals or NDP could be in power in Ottawa and they don't like locking anybody up. According to them all criminals can be rehabilitated and should spend minimal time behind bars.
