Hello all,
Yes, to confirm, BonBons is officially closed. The risk is not worth it for me. I have a family and I have no idea how this new law will be enforced. I had to do it quietly, otherwise, I would not have had any girls or clients left in the last few weeks. I still had bills to pay, therefore that was the best plan of action for me. I am sorry for any of you who were texted unsolicited. I knew nothing about that. If there is a new agency starting up, I am not part of it, nor did I know anything about that either. All that was done behind my back. I was wondering why all the text history was deleted off the booking phone when I got it back last night. Now I know why. Anyway, none of that matters anymore.

I really enjoyed my time pre-agency when I was an independent. I have a ton of fond memories from that time in my life. I worked really hard as an agency owner to run a professional business through all the ups and downs. Trust me, it is not an easy business to be in. And very hard to run a straight up agency in this industry. Most sp's don't take it seriously or follow policy or procedure because there are no consequences. What are we gonna do...take them to court? Call the police? No. So they know if they they just don't show up, or they damage things in the condo, or steal things or money, that there is nothing we can do. While I was cleaning out the condos I noticed that someone stole a toaster, frying pans, pots, baking dishes, sheets, and I'm sure toiletries and condoms regulary too, but that is hard to see. Who steals kitchen appliances??? Candy Cane stole approx $1000 from the agency on her last two shifts, then, when a client had arrived, she was texted that he was there, and no response. She had bailed. Gone. I think she was in cahoots with a couple other girls, cause 3 of them just bailed on us within 2 days and all 3 stole from us.

Anyway, it's just the industry. I really wish it would have been legalized and regulated because then it could have been run properly and agencies and providers would have to face consequences if they were not following the rules. We had a lot of really wonderful girls. Girls I will remember fondly. I do have to say that over the 2.5 years we were in business that Brandy was our best provider ever. She always showed up for work. Never called in sick. followed policy and procedure to a T. The condo was always clean at the end of her shift. She never stole from us, there was never any drama with her. She was very active on our private forum. She was an amazing provider. Always friendly. Always amazing. I highly recommend her all around. If anyone would like candid info on any of the former Bonbons sp's, send me a PM, I will gladly share. There is nothing in it for me anyway. I am out of the business and out of the industry. I am moving on with a non-industry business.

It has been a ride. Good times, bad times, great parties! I have to say I always enjoyed the parties! It was great getting to know some of you. I wish you all the best....and please, play safe!

Charlize

Charlize , you need to explain how you stored the phone information as it is all stolen .... I probably called your agency more than 3 months ago and I still got the unsolicited text message today . No phone stores such long history specially on a busy phone ....

If you had plans to quit you should have secured /erased the stored phone records history in advance ... it is very clear the phone information was stored not in the history of the phone but somewhere else...

sorry but you did not end your agency responsibly or on a good note .... and it may cause a lot of people trouble in coming days . weeks to come ....

You posted the exact same thing in the thread that already exists about this in the incall section.
And Charlize has already responded to your post.

Sorry, but I just fail to see the point being redundant.

This is helpful, only if maybe for those deluded to think that their personal information is safe with some "trusted provider" once C36 goes into effect.

LOL! OK, so after admitting that you planned to string everyone along until the last minute and then lock them out overnight Enron style, you actually feel entitled to judge those who correctly got wise to it and decided to it was time for every-woman-for-herself??

Bingo. No matter who winds up being "right" in this particular dispute, it highlights that you can't ever really be sure who you can trust, and this industry attracts a FEW really unscrupulous people. I am sure that MOST are trustworthy, but nobody can tell which ones are the bad apples until they get burned.

There is a huge difference between not telling everyone you're closing your doors, and stealing the kitchen appliances. Just my opinion.

Yeah the former is worse. If I found out my employer is planning to wind down my job by end of week without severance, then I'd be taking more than a $100 toaster oven.

Lol. You are comparing escorts to your professional career? I don't think agencies have hr departments or severance pay package programs.

SPs are all independent contractors in the industry and not employees.

The way the business was closed was the right business decision based on logic. And ultistar a thief is a thief.

As I stated in another thread SPs do keep your telephone numbers and remember anything you say. Is anybody really surprised. It's simple. To be safe trust no one.

And where do men who routinely cheat on their wives, brag about it online and habitually offer others advice on how to successfully cheat on their SO belong - divorce court?
Let me know when our society outlaws adultery, in the meantime I fully support the criminalization of theft.

Strongly disagree. A lot of people (myself included) were left in the lurch because of how this was handled. They even had a schedule for this week (and to my understanding, were taking appointments), until they shut it all down. Not cool. I've had some great times with Bonbons, but this does leave a bitter taste in my mouth. They could have somehow framed this as a celebration of the agency, and given everyone one last kick at the can, if you will, before closing their doors. Instead, they have this mess where I don't think anyone is happy at all. Not the guys who lost out, not the girls who lost their jobs without warning, and not even the owners of the agency (what with the thefts, texts to clients, etc.). I have to think there was a better way this could have been handled, for everyone's sake..

With the new law coming in I guess this could be seen as a logical choice. Is it worth the risk to be arrested and question by the LE?
Closing up shop was done, I reckon, to minimize the stress if by chance dealing with LE. After all, discretion is what we wanted and after Dec 6th it's not guaranteed.

Though, closing up shop without notification is less than desirable but it's not a true legit business anyway.

And if you do out calls to your home, what exactly??????

Steph
Have her call (not text) when she gets to a nearby intersection and only then provide the final address at the last minute (like clients going to incalls today). That way no central booker ever has the address.

Lol!!!!!!!! That is by far the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen you post. If as a client you're too paranoid for an agency to have your home address then book a hotel. If you don't have the means to book a hotel and an out call then book an in call. But truly, if you're honestly suggesting that agencies drive a girl to an intersection before getting further details and expect that to be a viable option then I'm sorry but not only are you delusional, you're also stupid.
