I can never understand the objections to women breastfeeding in public. It is a perfectly natural part of life and it is not as if they are doing a striptease.
Urinating is a natural part of life to,but nobody wants to see that being done in public.Personally I don't want to see women breastfeeding in public.

Urinating is also done in public. We have public urinals where you can see dozens of other people peeing. Of course urine is a smelly waste and has to be disposed of in a sanitary way so we can't do it in the middle of the street. Breast feeding is just feeding and if people can drink milk in public, babies should also be allowed to do it.
What would you propose? That nursing mothers just stay home for however many years the kid is breastfeeding? Or maybe they should go sit in a shit-smelling lavatory to feed a baby in order to protect the delicate sensibilities of all the nancies that can't handle it?

While I don't personally have a problem with it, others are made uncomfortable when they see it or their kids see it, so it's better to show some consideration and go somewhere private. I mean, it's the same reason we don't whip it out to take a leak in a public forum. Others take objection to it, so we do it somewhere private. It's really no different; both are needed functions. And we probably shouldn't be self-conscious of either act as a society. But we are. So keep it private or at least accept the negative consequences of the action.

For one thing there is no comparison between breatsfeeding and taking a leak, and please tell me you are not stupid enough to think that such a comparison is valid. (and if you are, please tell me why we should allow women to expose their ankles which some people find an affront to Yahwey, Allah, or whatever flavour of skywizard they worship).
But yeah. It makes some people uncomfortable. To be perfectly honest, I am made a bit uncomfortable by breastfeeding right near me as well. As I am when I see two men kissing. The difference between you and I is (other than perhaps the degree of discomfort) is where we put the onus for that discomfort. Damned if I am going to impose on someone's right to do something that causes no harm and really should have no stigma attached to it in any way just because I'm uncomfortable. Fuck that. I have a problem with it? I can either live with it, or get my ass elsewhere.
