Police say intoxicated intruder entered Trudeau's home by mistake; no charges to be laid

Ottawa police say a man who entered Justin Trudeau's home earlier this month will not be charged.

They say they are satisfied that the intoxicated 19-year-old wandered into the wrong house by mistake.

Trudeau was out of town when the incident happened, but his wife and children were asleep upstairs.

The police say an individual came forward after they released video footage of a suspect.

They say the man has been cautioned and the case is closed.

Nothing was taken in the incident, although a note was left saying doors should be locked at night.

A Trudeau spokesman said it was a matter for police to decide.

"We fully respect the Ottawa Police Services' responsibility to make this determination."

A man who dreams to be our Prime Minister forgot to lock his door at night demands the taxpayers to spend million dollars to remind him to turn the security alarm on (and lock his door too when the familty sleep).

You said he forgot to lock his door. I simply pointed out that since he wasn't there you should be criticizing his wife.

You think it was the first time the door wasn't locked?

You think the door was always locked before when he was in?

Are you sure? My bad if you are 100% sure.

I have no idea and neither do you, but certainly he wasn't there so you should be going after his wife. Maybe he always locks it when he is home, who knows.

..........and his family didn't tell him the door wasn't locked and there was even a note, from the so-called intruder, to remind the family to lock the fuck'n door .....and he never asked his family exactly what happened either..........before he and his Party went to the media to demand "security detail" paid by the public...........

He is very investigating, isn't he?

Guess every citizen needs "security detail" to remind us to lock our doors or even turn on the security alarm to save us from the embarrassment of receiving a reminding note from intruders to lock those stupid doors.

Take it up with his wife, who is the one who didn't lock the door.
Yes we shouldn't take it up with him or his Party for demanding public-paid "Security Detail" before (or without) asking his family exactly what happened.........after all he just dreams to be our Prime Minister, right?

How are you expecting him to lock the door when he isn't home? Telekinesis?
........and we shouldn't expect from the man who dreams to be our Prime Minister to ask his family exactly what happened before him and his Party went public demanding security detail.

I think you should write an angry letter to his wife demanding to know why the door wasn't locked.
