A co-operative setup is an excellent way for independents to share expenses, it can be fine-tuned to suit different people.

This topic came up years ago... Apparently some elder TERBites tried it, and well, drama. Then somebody suggested it, and elders mentioned drama.
I can just see the logistical nightmare trying to organize something like this: collecting money, scheduling ladies to come, what to do about no-shows, what to do if the first guy is late checking in, etc.
Andy of Mirage has a setup like this and seems to be successful. Does he have a towel boy or do the ladies take care of this?
Have you guys thought about just changing your own sheets and towels? I remember Tbill had something like this a few years ago with his John co-op idea.

I recommended years ago that terb/terbites invest in a clubhouse like place. Lots of sex rooms, big screen tv's, big bar, pool table, swimming pool. Somewhere guys and gals can go and have a drink, invite your fav SP over, watch the big game, place to crash if need be. Its a dream but would be damn fun to have a place like that. I posted a thread somewhere years ago about it

I'll change my own sheets and we can have an industrial washer/dryer to do laundry.
A maid in a skimpy outfit can be hired.
A bartender and a dude to tend the bbq next - nothing fancy required cuz we're guys!
What happens when C-36 passes and one of the guys turns out to be a cop? Oh that's right, C-36 is still a thing...
It would be a lot easier and cost-efficient to book your SP for 2 hours and take her to Oasis. Pool, hot tub, bar, fetish rooms, towels provided.
You could use vinyl or plastic sheets. Maybe even those plastic table cloths the Chinese restaurants use.
Actually it is a very complex thing for independents on the same day.
Invariably if there are more than 2 in the equation then someone is left trying to make use of "unused time" which rarely works.
Traffic is almost always too high unless one is ultra low volume.
Hotels notice it typically if the numbers pass 5 in the period between checking in and checking out.
An apartment is ideal but not wanting to commit to a 12 month lease becomes an issue. If one or all have "day jobs" then the schedule rotation can work as long as everyone has defined schedules and no one "bangs it out" which draws attention.
It's a great theory and for hobbyist who see someone weekly it can work. 4 - 10 men. Get an apartment. If you go with 10 men then it averages out well at 3 designated days/month. If you go with 4 assuming weekends might not always be used, etc. it can work also with 3 designated days in a 2 week period.
As for multiple condos renting a time slot to a variety of women. That is hit an miss also. I've walked into a condo which wasn't tidied by the one who had it overnight the night before. FAIL!
