I'm pretty sure there's an argument to be made that mankind is already warped
Also, before we go looking for intelligent life on other planets we might wanna try and find it on our planet first

I have seen things in the sky that I cannot identify, so yes, I guess so. Do I think they are aliens, from another planet? No.
Same for me....some quite weird light effects that didn't make sense to me (physics and speed of movement, change of direction etc)...so Yes UFOs....but related to aliens - I don't know.

Such defiance of physical laws as we know it can't possibly be from technology of human origin. (If we can create such highly-advanced spacecraft, then why can't we build fusion reactors?)

So it is either extra-terrestrial spacecraft or backward-engineered from alien technology, unless it is US from the future.

Aliens once took me aboard their spacecraft. At least, I think they were aliens. Before they prodded me they kept asking, "Are you a cop?"

Sounds like those aliens were from Uranus

SOMETHING IS GOING ON BUT WHAT??? Just way to many credible witnesses

I have to believe the military knows something but will not talk. But this would mean all the world governments have conspired together if UFOs are alien which would never happen. LEADS ME TO SUSPECT GOVERNMENT COVERUP OF ADVANCED AIRCRAFT. UFOs doing the impossible could be explained by deliberate deception by US military for reasons unknown. Use Occam's razor. It states the theory with the fewest assumptions should be selected. Other, more complicated solutions may ultimately prove correct, but—in the absence of certainty—the fewer assumptions that are made, the better. This is how science has advanced. Stick with the known until proven otherwise.

Why would aliens come across the universe to spy on something as small as us ??

Occam's Razor is a problem-solving principle devised in the 13th century that states that among COMPETING HYPOTHESES THAT PREDICT EQUALLY WELL, the one with the fewest assumptions should be selected.

So I think that this principle is simplistically applied to reject theories about otherwise unexplainable phenomenon.

Tell me, what COMPETING hypothesis explains the UFOs chased by air force jets, that defy the laws of physics as we know it and for which accelerate and disappear at speeds unattainable with current technologies? Fireflies? Swamp gas?

Why would aliens come across the universe to spy on something as small as us ??
Many reasons. Why do we study ancient fossils? Why do we study sub-atomic particles? Why do we study DNA? Why do we study other animal species? Why do we study for the existence of life on meteorites? Why do we explore the unknown?

... (yes, I believe we have been visited - we can't be the only intelligent life in the universe, and there are other life forms far, far more advanced than us that are beyond are comprehension)...
A pretty major leap of logic right there.

Life likely existing elsewhere in the universe is a fair statement but assuming they have crossed the millions of light years and picked out our planet to secretly visit is pure imagination. Even if they had the super-physics capability to visit a planet every single day and they had this ability since the start of the universe, it would still be extremely unlikely that they happened to stumble upon us.

And the second part of your statement about their advanced nature is pure science fiction.

It is not true that such events happened as we are told is one very compelling competing hypothesis

Even if you cannot explain something, this does not mean the highly speculative theory that goes most strangely against the known should be accepted as fact

The stranger the hypothesis the greater the need for supporting evidence, a TV documentary is not strong evidence, TV documentaries are dreamt up in Hollywood

Nope. And while i believe that we are likely not the only intelligent life in the universe, I don't believe they are visiting Earth. If they have the technology to a) reach Earth and b) hide themselves then they wouldn't be "seen" so often. If they are, and keep making mistakes, then we better damn well hope they are friendly. Otherwise, we might as well bend over and kiss our assess goodbye.

Exactly. And I think they have no real interest in us.

Just think about how much smarter you are from a, say, a gorilla. I mean the best a gorilla can do is basic sign language and finger paint. We humans have music, art, major cities, gone to space and the moon. Now just imagine what aliens think when they look at us. We are the gorillas.

In terms of literally unidentified flying object, yes. I remember when I was little, playing at a friend's backyard for a birthday party. Another kid threw something and it flew over the fence above me. No idea what it was.

In terms of it being an alien ship, probably no.
