Why would the gov't of Ontario fund 2 space shuttle missions, Mr. Hudak?
It's called putting things into perspective. Do I have to explain what that means?

Reading through this thread makes one thing GLARINGLY apparent: THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE between ANY of the current political parties.
Actually, there is one difference. Hudak plans to reduce the size of government by approximately 100,000 (which is how many new jobs the Libs have added since 2005) through retirements and attrition. At least it's something. The libs have no such plan so where do you think they'll get the extra revenue to pay down the debt and balance the books?

There's no way I could vote Liberal after the last 10 years of scandals and debt with no plan to dig us out of the hole they left us in.

The plant was not half built. They had started but only some of the foundations were in from what I understand. They were quite public about cancelling it. I think when the media go hold of it and started to distort costs the govt clammed up. How does the 407 cost? Sold for 3.1B on a 99 year lease and generates over 500m/year in profit.
I dunno with all the engineering and design work done (huge part of the cost) and it looks like more than just a foundation to me….

Like I thought... you are equating with what someone else is earning after it is sold and you are calling that a cost to the seller. By the same logic if you sold me a house and I flipped it for more, you would feel like you were owed or entitled to the difference?

Gladly. Lemme just bust out the ole conserva-calculator here... 25 billion.... divided by 2 billion dollars wasted on the G8 weekend... carry the two...

25 billion wasted on the fighter jets is equal to about a fortnight of kettling and detaining law abiding citizens during a G8 summit. Sounds about right.

I've not followed this, did you spend 1.1B to NOT build two power plants?

Leaving the province in debt is one thing, more than doubling it in the past 10 years is ridiculous. Speaking of credit cards, the interest on that is 10 Billion a year, and what do we get for it? Absolutely nothing!
The Cons tried to cover it up. Similar to a man who goes into debt because of gambling and tries to hide it from his spouse.

$25 Billion on fighter jets that we don't have yet? if and when we do get them, they would outdated technology, drones that carry missiles are the latest technology and don't cost the pilot's lives.

Let's see for Justin to become PM, he doesn't need a platform, don't make the same mistake Hudak did, he just has to remind Canada of:

1) Election Fraud
2) Senate Scandal
3) $25 Billion wasted on fighter jets
4) Unconstitutional bills
5) $3 Billion missing in anti-terrorism funding

Who is the criminal now?
