Think of the total cost of travelling there, staying there and all your expenses while you are there. Add them up.
Then compare that to what it would cost for many, many dates with all sorts of SPs in the GTA. And as mentioned in many previous posts, without the headaches and drama.
A staycation here is so much better for your bank account AND your sanity.

20 one hour appts. in Toronto = 5000$, 20 overninghts in Philipines= under 2000$, better rethink your math.

If you plan on going anyway to do all sorts of other things like hiking in the jungles, surfing, scuba diving, then adding in the cost of the bar fines makes sense for an all around fun time. Don't just hang out in Makati though. Go to other parts of the country. This girlie bars exist everywhere, although the girls aren't as "model" hot as Makati, but the prices are much cheaper.
Flight not too expensive $1250 online. Hotels to accommodate every budget including highly recommended hostels for as little as $15 a night. The total cost of living including airfare is close to Toronto. Makati a suburb of Manila is first world. Even Martha Stewart is recommending the Philippines so the word is out.
If you're going for an extended stay, try an apartment or condo. You do the housekeeping except at the end, if you choose to, and it can save cash.

Here a decent SP is $200+ per hour
So even assuming a weeks vacation & at least 2 hours per girl you are up to $2800 + taxes
Plane ride to PH is $1000 (and $900 is easily doable) add on $200 for a week stay & you have easily $1600 (or more) to play for the week (enough to get a week long orgy going)
Plus taxes are less in PH & food is much cheaper & girls look better (no BBW or horrible looking women like most of the B&S ads are here)
You also would save alot more in long run (as OP was looking for a month vacation)

Having spent several weeks in Philippines mostly in Manila but some time in Cebu, I can tell you it is an amazing place for girls. You can pick up girls virtually anywhere. Malls are a great place to hang out where the girls come out in droves. and don't be shy with the sales attendants at any department store. Give them your local cell phone number and in most cases they are calling you that night. In one mall in Cebu I was accosted by three 18-19 years wanting to go back to my hotel for a four-some. I would rate them around 6.5 but what the hell. They were happy with $50 each.
Instead of the bars, I relied on malls and cafes and parks for easy pick ups. Language is not an issue which makes it very very easy. You simply have to leave your Canadian inhibitions about approaching women aside when you are in the Philippines. With the women at the malls and parks they are moon lighting to augment their meagre salaries. Generally, $100 per night plus dinner and drinks was seen as a nice gesture. But it varies, I took one girl on a two day trip and she wasn't expecting anything and was happy with $100. For the women off CL, generally you are looking at between $80-100 for 3 hours. Some are a little more pricey at $125. When you see the pictures (there are a few fake ones but 80% are accurate pixs) you will appreciate the quality. There are 2-3 that regularly advertise duos. I tried two of the three sets of girls and paid around $200 each time.
Overall, the girls are beautiful, friendly and sexually open. There maybe other locations that are cheaper but when you consider such things as language, safety, cleanliness and service IMHO Philippine girls are hard to beat. I know. Ive been in Feb/March good weather not jam packed. Im wondering how the Christmas/NewYear December/Jan season there compares to their summer April/May in terms of non-pro women?
