Holy cow. I joined this community for entirely different reason, obviously, but this thread is amazing (among others). I really admire your energy, BTW gryfin.

I stopped arguing with those like fuji years ago, because I already have a full-time job, and no amount of logic or evidence makes a difference to these people. My greatest hope is the growing BDS movement - civil society imposing justice when politicians and judges are too weak to do so. I just LOVE how shrill the pro-Israel voices get when BDS and Israel apartheid are mentioned - they know they can't do anything about it, and they will have to face their own history of ethnic cleansing and massacres like every other post-colonial state. I hope it comes to pass in my lifetime.

It means a statement presented in a court of law under oath.

Why haven't you answered what the Op in OpEd stands for?
When you are in a court of law it does. But you are not in a court of law, are you? So, try again.

You mean logic like knowing the difference between a letter to the editor and historical fact?

Judging by the campaign against Sodastream... Oh wait, Sodastream has massive North American sales.

Well put.
Hopefully once these talks are finished on April 29 the PA can start going to the ICC and go full on for BDS and that will lead to a non-violent solution.
Hopefully.

Sad that you are hoping that the peace talks will fail.

The legitimate news article (congrats on that step in your development) just says they are building new homes. Since everybody knows those towns will remain part of Israel, so what? Building new areas would be more worrying.
So you support the ongoing illegal colonization of Palestinian land over a peaceful resolution.
As suspected.

I support equitable land swaps. I reject ethnic cleansing.
Then it must have been painful for you to admit that Jewish terrorist groups ethnically cleansed Palestinians. Don't feel bad. Rabin had admitted it happened. As has Morris.
