Not just those. There are hosts of specialist online suppliers of generic drugs - not just cialis, viagra, etc.
For what it's worth, the medical profession, including the pharmacetical side, in India, is based on (and perhaps the equal of) the British system. (Maybe not true of China.) India has abolished patents for drugs (tho US and EU want that to change). So, while getting generic drugs from old-established suppliers in India is more risky than getting brand drugs from Shoppers Drug Mart in Toronto, many people do so with no problem.

Yeah, I agree with most people here. Family doctor is the best route. Just tell them why you're getting it. Say, "Look, Doc, I'm sleeping around on my wife and having trouble getting it up. Any chance you can give me some pills and not say anything to the wife?" He CAN'T tell the wife due to confidentiality, and by telling him the truth he can evaluate the health risks of what you want and know not to let it slip. It's pretty simple really. Unless your doctor is also your wife, that's the safest way to go.
Nice suggestion! I think it's the best way to have a prescription. Then you can order a generic drug if you wish. I would recommend to have a look on Canadian Pharmacy. As I know, the quality of drugs is authentic and the price is cheaper than for the branded ones.
