I have said for years now that many quality ladies actually live in Durham but work in Toronto because the market here is too low for the expected level of services. Would you now agree with that? You enjoyed SS/SR. Would you have paid higher rates to them?

Before you start writing your reply, understand this concept... I don't care about price, I care about value (I guess you like hearing a broken record as I've said this at least 10 times before). Example, I would rather spend $280 on something that is worth it, than $60 on complete crap... I'm not a cheapskate, I expect VALUE for my money. No different that with a contractor of home renovation. If he's charging me X to install the drywall, I expect drywall installed not paper stapled 1/2 asses to the studs. If SP could be taken to court for breach of contract you would find the whole BP section there on any given day!

Back to the story, I signed up for the $280 hr service. Seems the girl didn't get the same message so she asked for the $140 h/h when we met. Ok whatever, I still have the rest of the cash so if I need more time or upgrades I have the cash to do it. Turn out the $140 was perfect for what I wanted. I tipped $20 for a total of $160 for top notch service I left with a smile. Had I paid the $280 I still would've been happy. So I got great VALUE, at a lower rate than I expected, so I left with a huge smile. Something I had not felt in a long time, that my money was well spent, not that I got ripped off.

So no I wouldn't agree with you... I've had too many SP in Durham that would be overpriced based on their service at $20! The problem is with the service, not the location.

Given the utter crap that the service is in durham the SP have no right to expect more. Their game, is to travel from town to town charging the market price for crap service. I'm sure many of them do travel to Toronto and charge more, providing the same crap service. You only have to read the Toronto review section here.

That did not actually answer my question, that just kept on with your Durham rant. My question was, I have seen you say that SR/SS had a great set up, girls, etc. They topped at 120/hh. In Toronto you paid, $140. Rates now run from $80-$120 on average. Would you have paid any of the SR/SS girls that you liked so much at the $140 rate.

One of my overpriced rants was about Peterborough where prices are jacked up above Toronto rate many times - and really crap service provided - just because there is a limited number of options. Places like Peterborough and Durham sucking aren't a result of cheap guys, its a result of crap service from the SPs that operate here. They can't make it in Toronto for lack of any talent in a more competitive environment, so they try bottom feeding out this way.

On your notion you can't make money in Durham, you are WRONG WRONG WRONG. Look at the well reviewed Amiee from Peterborough. She says she is so busy with regulars she doesn't even have to post on BP anymore! Charlotte is charging premium in Durham and as far as I know doing well with it. Its all about SERVICE!!! The reviews here speak of why some SP can't charge top rate in Durham or anywhere for that matter... Their service sucks.

I never said that money can not be made. That was never what I said at all, however that is what many in Durham have said and why they go to Toronto.
