The investigation of the alleged connection was over two years ago. Any charges laid? Was he found guilty of a crime? Was he kicked out of the country? apparent yet investigators were satisfied with what they found and didn't go any further.

How many of those muslims who aren't wiring is because the local folks won't hire them because the locals are ignorant racist?

Given that, that is the case, why should this group get a "pass" from exactly the same?

This is the most arrogant bullshit I have ever read. In Canada certain Jewish communities will only sell their property to other Jews. If a non-Jewish person comes, they will raise the price. It's been happening here forever, who gives a flying damn about a bunch of muslim people building a condo for themselves? Live and let live. How about this: it isn't a Muslim only condo. It is a condo being built with features that will appeal to Muslims, like proximity to the mosque that it is being built around, but they are not prohibiting non Muslims from buying units. You can live there too if you want to.
