Councillor McConnell got a bruised lip as a result of Ford's violent aggression. She may not have been his target, but someone was. His violent attack on whoever he was after left another councillor injured.

I think they dude that today, kicked him dozens of times. Perruzza made them vote individually on each power stripped from the Mayor. So they did. They voted dozens of times and stripped his powers one by one.
I wonder if that means a legal challenge against any single change is restricted to that change alone, since they were voted as separate motions.
