I mean you make an appointment for say 3:30 and you show up at 3;33 would that make you a bad person?

Sorry my friend, not trying to diss you, I just didn't understand that you left. It's cool, you did the right thing. Standing in a hall for three minutes would make me nervous and suspicious of what her intentions were. I was in a similar situation last year, I was riding an elevator to the floor and when I was getting out, a woman got on and told me if I was going to apt # such and such, I should run away right away. I felt really uncomfortable about the whole thing so I turned and caught the next elevator down and never looked back.

I re-read, and I see you called when you got there, then got the room number, so she could've told you then.

Standing in the hall, hmmmm, it would depend on what hall it is. Holiday inn, sure why not. Wenworth Building (not sure why I would be in the in the first place) no. Curiosity would've got the best of me on that. Was the guy before me going to walk out, maybe the BF? Hear someone jump out the window. Might want to find out what shadyness was going on before I bolted. Had to be a reason why the hall was preferable to the room. LOL
