Dawn Wells or Mary Ann
You are correct, I must have quickly scanned the post and thought it was two names you gave but it is the same person.

Dawn Wells.
Her agent at the time was also her husband and he negotiated a better contract for her.

The producers never thought that the show would go into endless re-runs and and gave residual rights to anyone that asked for it. Dawn Wells was the only one that had it in the contract to receive residuals

Kruger never gave any name to George.
Kruger did give George a nickname, George wanted to be called T-Bone but Kruger called him ( ------------ ).

Maple Leaf Gardens.

I went to one of those games where Phil played the big, bad Bruins, of which Eddie Shack was now a member. He got into a vicious stick incident with Flyer Larry Zeidel who was Jewish. Evidently the Bruins were hurling racial epithets at him until he'd had enough. He and Shack carved each others' faces with the tips of their sticks. Ugly incident.
