C'mon now, no need to get personal. The size of the mayor's package has nothing to do with this.It has been reported that the police has many many videos of Ford leaving the known drug dealers house with a small package.

What sort of surprises me is that Alessandro Lisi is the blackmailer, but this is what scumbag criminals do and Ford should know better to avoid such liaisons, especially as someone from a wealthy family and while he's in public office.

By the book? I have more respect for the spirit of the laws winning over the letter of the law, but all I expect is due process. A cornerstone of our countries laws as a well as many other democracy. Our balanced court system and foundation of the laws is based on that' minor' point. People died defending it. Police say 2 videos now exist. Not sure if they mean 2 copies of same video or 2 different videos altogether. The 2 videos werent recovered until a couple of days ago btw

Due process wasn't afforded, by Mayor Ford (or his supporters), to the woman he chastised on his radio show for "hitting him in the face" with a drink at Taste of the Danforth.. It wasn't afforded by him (or his supporters) to that dude from the Star who he derided for "allegedly" taking photographs of the back of his house..

My buddy called me and told me that Lisi was trying to extort Ford. My friend doesn't like Ford so he went on about how this shows lack of judgement, blah, blah, blah, so I would think he heard the media report accurately. Can others chime in here please? If Lisi was extorting someone to get that video, then that's even worse for Ford because he would appear to be an accessory to a crime.

However, there are people who are against both situations too (one is massive waste of money, and the other is about the highest office in the biggest city of Canada not exercising good judgement, possibly an addict which may affect his job performance, and subject to extortion).
