Two Premiers from the past give their opinion on the Charter. Bourassa as expected, says it goes to far, but the real stake in the heart was Pariseau who said much the same, but from him, very much a cornerstone of the PQ, it is a deep deep cut to the heart. The present PQ follow up with a response saying that these are just two opinions from regular folks. They couldn't be more wrong.

When did Robert Bourassa say "it goes too far" because he passed away in 1996? Or, are you referring to another premier "from the past" named Bourassa? OMG, maybe you are referring to Henri Bourassa, but he was never premier of Quebec.

They really should change the name from Quebec Charter of Values, to
Quebec Charter of Bigotry or Charter of Discrimination.
