Hobby Budget

Morning fellas,

Have been curious lately on hobby budgets. I have created a simple poll and would like to know the various segments. The scale is pretty simple...how much do you "budget" per month. I realize that we do not always keep to our budgets, but curious what you all think is the right amount for you. As always, the poll is anonymous.

Editing to add more detail. When I say Hobby budget I am referring to all forms of the hobby be it, visiting an SP, an MA or even frequenting a SC. I try to limit my spend to $250 a month (admittedly I rarely manage!).

Probably around 1.5k, was way above that when I went to SCs, regularly spent 500+ a night on that.

I've done very well sticking to my monthly budget. It really forces me to pick and choose wisely.

I would be in the $5 to $10k a year average. But I can be pretty sporadic, some months I'd spend a lot, then go 2-3 months with nothing at all. (I live outside the city and have a hard time getting the time). I rarely repeat and like the variety that this offers. Had some amazingly good times and some horrendously bad times, but I don't regret one of them.

I have my own money that I use and then I sometimes get donations from family that I put toward the hobby. So, after Christmas time, I tend to hobby a bit more than because I am flush with cash at that time.

Im a sporadic hobbier...sometimes 2xweek,2xmonth, no rhyme nor reason...just whenever the mood hits me..but when it does...2..3 or sometime 4 hr visits are not uncommon for me.

Me, I'm NOT addicted like some... I'm usually very reasonable and don't abuse too too much above my budget: < 50$/mo... Except maybe when I lose control, or when I see a DDG girl, or when the reviews are so... and when... OMG, sometimes they're so cute, and the duos, and then when my ATF is also available... :Eek: Did you notice sex also helps with stress of the day? But I'm NOT addicted. And I'm NOT in denial.

I checked off between 1 and 2K but it's not something I really keep track of. I just have a separate account where money goes in and money goes out. Sometimes I'm playing beyond my means but for now I mean to play.

I usually see an MA once a week, on occasions twice a week. So on average, $500-600 per month.
