Quest Chat - scam warning

Girl on Q-chat doesn't give a name unless asked (sometimes says Christine), describes herself as 24 5'1 105 downtown near Ottawa U. Address is 16* Osgoode St.
Meets you downstairs, brings you up to her room. (kind of a bachelor apartment/room) Gets money and asks if you want to use bathroom - bathroom is not in the unit. If you say no - she goes to the bathroom. Minute later dark-skinned fella walks in and asks what you are doing in his apt.
Oldest scam in the book.
Epic fail! Tel # starts with 422-94**.

Can this girl be reported to the police?

For what ? The mark voluntarily hands over the money, while what they are doing goes against morals and breaks an oral contract and agreement it is not exactly against the law. The police are somwhat tolerant if the grey area of the laws regarding orostitution but they aren't about to defend Johns who've been ripped off by scammers. They won't give this a second look unless their was physical viloence towards the mark. This scam works because noone in their right mind is going to go to the police to file a complaint about being ripped off by a hooker on a chatline
