Youtube have a policy of no nudity in videos and when Timberlake's "TunnelVision" was released on Youtube it was rejected, but later accepted as long as you clicked that you are an adult....

it got the exception for being deemed as "art"

it looks like this is going to open the door to much more "art" ;) being permitted on Youtube.

funnily though, just recently Robin Thicke released a naked filled video and was rejected by Youtube...and had to submit a family friendly version. here is the uncut version

There are lots of videos on youtube with nudity. It's not easy to find them, though (although once you do, you usually get other nude videos recommended to you).

You're correct, there are nude videos on Youtube, quite hard to find,rarely mainstream and most often quickly taken down(as soon as a few people click on report this video)

Over the years I've amassed a large number of videos I have clicked the "favorite" button on, now when I look at my list it's full of blank spots with missing videos that have been removed due to nudity or copyright infringments or made private by the uploaders because of removal threats from Youtube or others.

Justin Timberlake's video just happens to be the first mainstream music video that has been banned only to have the ban overturned for artistic reasons. All of the mainstream news outlets reported the ban, but only a few have reported the reinstatement.

I remember seeing that commercial and I think it came under attack and/or was banned because the sexuality of it bothered America's prudish values.

That said, I find it funny that they had to find a foreigner to play the "all American girl". Guess they couldn't find an American with a good enough bod (too many eating Hardee's, LOL!)
