Q10 - Here we go...

I've owned the new Q10 for less than two months. Over the weekend, I started to experience problems with the keyboard... basically one of the keys registers when barely grazed. No need to depress the key.
Unbelievable... I can only guess the massive let down in customer service I'm about to experience.

Sadly, in my company (over 15000+ users), Apple products are beginning to share (NOT replace yet) BB services.

YES, before anyone shoots me, VPs have been showing some interest in Android as well. :D

I wonder if bb has the quality thing down pat. Mind u I for one. And have spoken to countless people who have them as have not heard a bad thing. My bb is absolutely flawless so far.

Q10 was flawless until a few days ago as well... a successful run of 49 days.
I'm not expecting perfection, but the hassle I've been through is ridiculous. Now on an old loaner, hoping for the best. I expect nothing from Bell, but would have thought BB would be trying to enhance their reputation. Anything but...
