There are two risk variable. Are you booking hotel? Is it your home. Even I she was on her way and has intention to be on time, all sorts I stuff out of her control, and that is a risk that isn't easily manageable. Including traffic accidents, vehicle malfunctions and so forth.
If its your home, and direction to there isn't difficult to find, then I see no reason. She was on time today, asked me to give her an extra 15 min an hour in advanced to allow herself time to freshen up and dress nicely for me! She was spot on to her time given I too gave her short notice.
Allow yourself an hour or so for unforeseen delay with any outcall. Especially first visit. She'll usually extend the same curtesy to you. Very relaxed and easy going.
Text her, and let her know your concern. She's very nice to talk to.

Managed to see Rosie. A complete disaster. When I arrived (Gatineau) she was inside, opened the door and stepped back inside (weird) with a small dog in her hands. We go upstairs to the bedroom, I place the $ on the dresser. I start taking off my clothes and I see her still playing with the dog. I asked her if she is going to leave the dog outside the bedroom and she says no he's gonna stay. I am pissed but I already paid and Junior needs attention so I had to stay. So the next thing I asked her to get the dog off the bed and then she spends a good 10 minutes trying to 'talk' to him to get him off the bed. F-ck! We managed to start and I went with the first shot. i still had another 30 minutes left. But after the first shot she started puttting on her clothes but I told her that we didn't finish yet. After that she found all sorts of excuses for not doing what she was paid for to do. First she couldn't suck because I had hairs on my dick (from the dog who spends his time on the bed?), and then after that she said her mouth was too dry, and then she went to the bathroom and when she came back she was all dressed. All in all, I came once, paid for an hour and she spent 30 to 40 minutes trying to get the dog off the bed and finding all sorts of excuses to stop playing. A waste of time.
It seems her service in 2013 is very inferior to her service in 2012. She is getting worse while some SPs are improving (too bad for her).

butt is a bit too soft for my taste.
Her services are misrepresented in her ads (that say that she likes having her hair pulled...etc)

She makes you WALK to her house from the main road. May be the neighbours...
She told me that it would have been better if we were in a hotel without the dog, but she didn't propose any compensation for the lack of service and the 30 minutes spent to get the dog off the bed.

I think she uses the dog as an excuse to shorten the time spent with the client. Lazy w-ore.
Last I check, seems like she's built up a stack of regulars and no longer actively courting new ones.

I read the reviews here earlier this week and saw some great reviews and others that had scheduling issues, no show etc.... I texted Rosie earlier in the week. Told her I would be arriving in Ottawa later Friday night, she had no problem with that. Went down in o the Market for a few with friends. Returned to the hotel room. As I was walking back, I sent her a text to see if she was available. She got back to me immediately with a "yes". I then exchanged texts confirming details. She then told me she would get ready and send me a text when she was leaving to get hotel room number. I then showered, had a beer and waited. After 45 minutes I texted back to see if she had left, no response. So, now I am thinking, this is going south. So as I am waiting to see if I would get a reply, I start looking for another. In my search I found Alexa 1488. Now 1 hour has passed since last communication with Rosie, so I get all the details on Alexa, very quick to reply to my texts, set up appointment for 20 minutes later. At almost exactly 20 minutes I receive a text from Alexa, she is in lobby, coming up to room. Her pic's on b/p were okay, but when I opened the door, my jaw dropped. She is a very good looking girl, great legs and these natural 34 d's. We talked for a bit and then got rolling. She was probably one of the best I have had in years !! So, I am actually super happy that Rosie flaked on me and I was able to find a terrific gem. My only real thought about Rosie was that if she was going to bail after we had things set up she could of at least texted me and gave me a bullshit storie. If I lived in Ottawa, Alexa would definitely drain my wallet !!!

LOL, it's nice sometimes when the planets align in your favor and things work out. Sounds like Alexa is a winner, if so you should probably do her a favor and give her some props with her own review thread rather than this awesome review here burried in what has become somewhat of a trainwreck thread for Rosie.
I'm sure Alexa would appreciate the kind words as I'm certain a few gents will want to pay her a visit based on your posting.
