It does seem ridiculous that that a couple from Sarnia should have to pay $5,000 for the evaluation of a skeleton found buried on their property.

The next time someone stumbles across a similar "find" in their yard, they are likely not to report it.
Hopefully it's not something more recent like a missing person's body.

This makes me want to unload some of the skeletons in my own closet. Considering all my misadventures, I would have a bill that would easily top $100,000 should those skeletons need to be exhumed.
