Cop Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Woman In Courtroom

Absolutely outrageous, particularly the conduct of the Hearing Master (who is a member of the Nevada Bar). By the way this is Clark County (Las Vegas), Nevada.
Apparently the man has been fired. What do you think should happen to the judge and do you expect it to happen? Slap on the wrist?
Not being in Nevada I can only say what would happen around here, but since we only have Special Masters, it is not an exact comparison - most likely a Judge who turned her back on an altercation in the courtroom like this would after a word from the Chief Justice resign. If that didn't happen there almost certainly would be a hearing before the Supreme Court. Finally impeachment would always be an option.
The issue really boils down to the fact that she didn't pay any attention to what the woman was saying, she failed to intervene to demand that a Bailiff supervisor come to her courtroom immediately, she failed to ask that the D.A. or an Assistant D.A. come to her Courtroom immediately.
from the evidence presented here, there should be jail-time for all involved. but positively the rot goes much higher. i hardly believe this is a one-time occurrence. once-upon-a-time the feds went into states to enforce civil rights laws. if only they would start doing that again.
I know, it looked unreal to me as if it was a scene in a movie. Poor women got assaulted then sent to jail and her kid sent to a shelter. All for nothing.
Sounds like they are investigating a few people, which makes it sound more systematic then just one isolated arse.
Lock them all in jail, abuse of power like that is sickening.
I'd say that is the most incompetent judge I have seen in my entire life. She neglects to put order in her court and chose to play with the victims daughter and did nothing as the crime unfold in her court. I wonder how many innocent suspects are in Jail because of this bitch...

Fired..wtf...the need to be charged as they are all accessories to a criminal act..
how could a woman allow that to happen? It's very disturbing. I hope there are more repuercussions for those who allowed this and whatever other similar events likely took place....
