Depends on what you mean by "penis pills". I do not have the link handy but seems most internet etc are just placebos. Translation..... if you believe in them they might have an effect. If you believe is any other sugar pill you will get the same effect.
If your Dr prescribed it and you got it at a pharmacy, it will have some real effect.
The next part is what do you mean by "Will it work?"
Will it produce instant orgasms? very unlikely. Will you be able to get an erection with someone who does not turn you on? Very unlikely.
If you are all worked up but only have a semi hard penis will it allow you to get hard enough to penetrate? very likely yes.
Will it let you stay hard for hours? Pretty much no, maybe for some a second erection though.
If you mean the "GET A BIG COCK" pills...... LOL sucker!!! Do men really fall for that kind of thing?

Penis is a balloon. It gets hard from blood pumping it up. If the same size guy has a huge cock it just does NOT get as hard and fun as the same guy with a smaller one.
Not enough blood in the body to give it a good hard one.
Now it is not just one balloon, there are like sausages filled with sponge inside. And you would need to stretch all of them exactly the same way to have a bigger and still straight penis. If they do not stretch evenly your penis gets an odd shape. Stretching the penis skin itself is of little value.
So in response to your answer.... The mechanics of stretching the inner sausage just does not add up. Unless you mean the penis pumps inserted inside. They work amazingly well. Utterly delightful

the sausages I talked about are called the corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum. These are TOUGH little buggers, but do not feel very stretchy when you tug on them. A man's erection is based on how much blood is in them. The part of the penis you see is just a covering.
So if they are not full, adding more blood makes them bigger. At one point they get full and the penis just gets nice and hard.
So the answer to your question is yes and no. It gets bigger till the sausages are full.
