Almost 10 years ago I was court ordered to take an anger management course, I attended the first of I think 32 classes and when asked, they went around and asked each person, if I did the crime I said no, "Well what are you here for then?" I was asked.... "Because the judge said so"...
Well then "this class is not for you" we both had spoken in a loud manner....
So I got up said ok and left......never heard another word...
Can this and will this come back to bite me????

consider yourself lucky, you should have been rearrested for breach of court order or a probation (as this should have been done as a part of probation in order to allow meaningful supervision and to avoid what happened i.e. you not complying and escaping punishment), now it seems like it's way too late for it to bite you.

You say this with knowledge or opinion??
i would think after 10 years if you had not heard anything yet you are probably clear. that is of course just a guess though.

I thought that there was no statutes of limitations on that? Just a huge back log. ???

A sentence was not served...... same as breaking out of jail if they come across the paper work?

Why are you bullying the OP? He's just reaching out for help and you're all over him. Be nice to people in here, sir.

My crime is that I remember the thread where Loki admitted he made up the mrsCALoki character due to a bunch of nauseating emotional reasons that frankly made most people in the thread feel sorry for him, and that he later deleted the thread and receded back into whatever weirdness caused him to pretend to be an internet woman anyhow. Whether its trolling, mental health issues or masturbation that causes him to pretend to be a woman, we shall never know, but those of us who know he's really a guy, get ignored. The truth hurts him I guess.

It can come back and bite you (no statute of limitations on court orders). Was it ordered at a civil hearing or a criminal trial?

The problem could come up at something as simple as being pulled over by a traffic cop. That would be unpleasant.

I it was a civil matter, it probably won't come up. If it was ordered as part of a criminal trial, it might. Hence why that question matters.

I was charged with a criminal offence.....one years probation, stay out of a certain area for a period of time, no guns etc, take anger management course,,,,told the lawyer about it during divorce procedings, about how the guy said the course was not for me, that I said o.k. and left, his only responce was that I should have got the guys name, didn't say much more, didn't seem concerned, said more or less "Oh well"
I have thought of walking into the cop shop and just asking "What if" hoping the guy woundn't arrest me on the spot..

You weren't required to submit proof you completed the course? If not, I don't know how they can prove you did or didn't complete it.

I am a little confused here. You were found guilty at criminal offence court and was sentenced to one yr probation and to take anger management course, but you told the anger management counselor you didn't do the crime. Now your fate is with what the AMC filled out on your file in his report.

Just don't get arrested would be my advice, or they might go back to check your file and you might be in big doo doo.

I know everyone sez this but I didn't in my eyes assault anyone.....My ex suffered from depression, during one of her freak outs where she tells me to get out I decided to try something new, I picked her up, put her by the door and told her "TO GET OUT!!", she settled down, life went on...three months later at her weekly hospital supervised meeting of depressed people, I called it the anti-mens club since it was all women and the men were who caused their problems, ya right. she told the story...
 "You should have him charged for assault!!!!!"....she did, I was arrested...lawyer said, you have a record anyways, you can give me 5 thou, we will fight it, you may loose anyways, you put your hands on her, thats assault, or a cheaper way to go is just plead quilty and move on.....DUMB FUCKING ME I DID.....
So when it came time to answer the guy if I assaulted my wife I said no...told him that I plead quilty to save time and money, that I was their because the judge said so......

Have you ever been pulled over by a cop or have you ever crossed the border to US? If so and nothing happened, then I should say you have nothing much to worry about. Never ever lay a hand on a lady, the law here protects women much better than men. One of my friend bank manger was slapped and kicked by his ex when he went back home to pick up his belongings. He called the cops, but the woman slapped herself and told the cops crying he started the assault. The guy was cuffed and taken into custody, I had to go down and bail him out. Cops always tend to side with the weaker ones I guess.

No, cops decide who's more credible. If both stories seem credible, they go on experience. And experience says men can handle being slapped by a woman, and woman are beaten much more often than men. The Crown then decides who to prefer charges against. The cops are simply attempting to maintain peace.
