Holy smoke, the Raptors loose again after having a lead in the fourth quarter, the 11th time in 28 games. The winning shot was amazing, but golly Molly.
Ya man, I've been hanging out at RealGM to get up to speed...Rap fans are tired of hearing it but, Raps need to learn how to close out games
I think the real question is Andre Drummond or Jonas Valanciunas? The Raps passed on Drummond because they looked at Jonas as their big center of the future and took Ross to round out the weak wing position.and so what's everyone's feeling out here? terrence ross or andre drummond?...did we make the right selection?
The Gay Era will buy Bryan the rest of the year...What do you think?
And who's gonna buy a Raptors jersey with Gay on the back of it? LOL
Agreed about Jose, he was a calming influence. Plus, I'm a little worried about Lowry and his health history. He always seems to get injured and if he does, then what? John Lucas? They have to to get a steady backup in the offseason.I know a lot of people were trying to run Jose out of town saying he can't play D. While that is partially true, I've always felt the team played better under Jose running the offense instead of Lowry. I like Lowry's hustle but he is a bit too hectic for me sometimes and Jose just has a better calming influence on the floor. I also feel Ed Davis is on the up and up and this can turn back to bite us like the Roy Hibbert for Jermaine O'Neal deal. I prefer Davis over Andrea and they should've traded him instead...
Jose is a free agent this summer and might want a chance to play for a winner and Davis and Amir are the same type of player . I think the Raps didn't give up much and Bargs is a asset that can still be traded . Funny how most Rap fans wanted Raps to amnesty Calderon but now he seems to be a fan favorite . Lets not forget about Jose's hamstring history .Agreed about Jose, he was a calming influence. Plus, I'm a little worried about Lowry and his health history. He always seems to get injured and if he does, then what? John Lucas? They have to to get a steady backup in the offseason.
Still, excited for the Rudy Gay era. They guy is one of those freakish athletes, fun as hell to watch and away from the confines of the slow Memphis offense he might do some take his game to another level, fingers crossed anyway.
I would've taken Drummond anyway. Play him at the 4 with Valanciunas at 5.I think the real question is Andre Drummond or Jonas Valanciunas? The Raps passed on Drummond because they looked at Jonas as their big center of the future and took Ross to round out the weak wing position.
From what I've seen of Jonas when healthy, I love it, he looks like he'll always give a crap and play hard.
I also like what I've seen from Ross so far as well, so no complaints yet from me no matter how well Drummond is playing at the moment.
