I understand this is a fetish, but the idea of the plastic of the sleeve catching on the condom and greatly increasing its risk of breaking makes me think no one is going to provide this. Maybe there's a way around that but I think it's best left for personal play with a trusted partner.

There are penis sleeves made from silicone so I don't see how it's different from a dildo, I would try it out of curiosity. Besides, even as a trusted partner I would not put anything that can catch and break a condom inside of me at the risk of damaging my skin/tissues.

Hey, whatever floats your boat. I'm not sure how these things work, but is a condom necessary other than for sanitary reasons? I'm sure there's a few SP's who would be willing to help you out there. Good luck.
