crown skinless condoms have a thickness of 0.00181", not bad. the one's I found have a thickness a third of that (0.0005). anybody ever hear of pasante unique condoms?Crown are one of the best.
0.02mm is pretty thin, just a tad bit thicker than the pasante. sagami's listed as: 60 mm width, 190 mm length, 20 microns thickness. Pasante Unique is listed as:Min. length: 180mm, Width at base: 60mm, Av. thickness: 15 microns. Pretty close. I'll have to try out the sagami's since they seem to be a bit longer than the Pasante Unique.Just ordered some sagami ... can't wait til they get here. My fav lady says it feels like there is nothing there. http://www.amazon.com/Sagami-Original-0-02-Condom-Pack/dp/B002E1KYW2/ref=pd_sim_hpc_4
Pasante Unique condoms are made from AT-10 resin. Like you mention, the material wasn't as flexible as latex but the condom seemed to shrink wrap itself to the skin of the penis. I've also bought crown and some other well reviewed thin latex condoms only to find them too small and or too tight. Im hesitant to buy condoms from Japan even if they're labeled "large" due to size issue's. Pasante is manufactured in Britain, so it was worth spending a few bucks to try them out. Had no problems with them except for their 'saran wrap' look until they warmed up.No to sound nerdy but in terms of properties of materials from which condoms are made elasticity is as bit as important as thinness. What is the point of a condom that is paper thin but just as inflexible as paper? I have come across some japanese condoms that are extremely thin but they are not very elastic-and it feels awful, bor both parties (That's why I prefer Kimonos).
AT-10 is a synthetic resin, mainly used in the manufacture of ultra-thin condoms. It has a higher strength in thinner sheets than other materials such as natural latex.
AT-10 is not stretchable, but does cling to skin to form a "wrap". It is well suited to condom manufacture as it:
can be made into very thin sheets, circa 15 micrometres thick
is hypoallergenic so does not have the potential to cause allergic reactions on contact with skin like natural latex
allows body heat to pass through quickly
is strong at relatively thin levels
is non-porous
does not degrade when exposed to common oils, such as oil based lubricants
great condoms but their "large" isn't very large IMO ...
OMG I laughed... thanks MOD100. You are asking that question for someone else, rightHow's the extra small?
Ewwww, not sure I want mine tested 5X before I use it.
