So, first there is PK's ad on Backpage which states:

Then there is Sandi's profile on the PK website which lists:

Dude! That's what I mean. Why put up an ad that says go and look at what she offers with the implication of so much more than usual, then have nothing. And I know it's been since last week. That too is my point. Take your time if you like, but don't put up ads that say otherwise!

Honestly with everything that we are up to these days, we just got sidetracked.. most guys are not so analytical.. Nice tits, open minded.. hey I'll call and see whats up.. But you are right , it is in the details.. Bottom line we want guys to call for more info.. not txt or email.. we try to streamline everything through the phone.. its more interactive and much more informative. Once the chatroom opens up.. its gonna change alot of this stuff. You guys can actually speak to the girls live in real time.. I am just having to set up my streaming account and we are just about complete and ready to go.. Just working out the glitches..

But Getting back to the problem, you guys are 100 percent right, I should have been on the ball and got the profile filled out.. But in my defense, I got it fixed asap ..

Jason, in your responses you generally are on the right track, but you ALWAYS have to keep going and add the final excuse. Let it go. You said it well, but just had to defend yourself. It's really not necessary and just does not put you in a good light. Just being constructive.

Here's some constructive criticism/advice. In business, the great minds in marketing key on the complaints of the problem customers. These people are usually too difficult to make any money off of but they do verbalize their displeasure with the things that most customers and prospective customers find annoying but are too polite to complain about. Yes Joey is probably a douchebag but he expresses a valid point. The typo, while a small problem, is a symptom of a larger perceived problem with agencies leading many hobbyists (including myself) to avoid them at all costs.

The only value added by an agency is to provide the professionalism between two people who want to exchange very personal services with someone who has money to offer. I don't want the girl to be professional when we're together but I don't like the hassles associated with an unprofessional transaction. Every time an agency doesn't respond to customers, miscommunicates, over-promises, shows poor marketing or organizational skills, your position as a value added broker is replaced by the stereotypical impression of a hustler. I think it was a week before your agency correctly spelled Dominique's name on her bp ads when she first started with you.

My 2 cents, you don't need fancy gimmicks like a chatroom. Clean your websites, provide as much relevant/timely information about the ladies as you can (including schedules and pricing), provide the easiest booking experience possible (including phone, email, text, online booking form) and treat your ladies well so that they enjoy working as much as possible. Look at YourMGF as the model to follow. You may not be able to recruit the hotties they do but the customer experience should be a guideline for you.

Every complaint should be looked at as an opportunity.

Jason, Jason, Jason, do you really think it is in your best interest to come on the board and say what you say. The answer should be "NO", but either you don't agree with that, or you have trouble not getting involved.

Anyways, good luck with your chat room, but please avoid getting into a heated debated on the board, it really doesn't do you any good.

I also agree that Joey is a douchebag. Sorry buddy but you spent an entire weekend calling me a shill so what else can I say. On to the serious stuff, I have a few comments to make on the conversation. I'll start by saying that I've been a happy PKE customer for a while now and I'd recommend to barnyard to give them a try, they do deliver great ladies and good service and the booking is pretty easy.

That being said there has been some inconsistent info on the website from time to time. I've seen some girl profile info not filled out for long periods just like Sandi's was and as a concrete example, in August I was looking to book Victoria but she wasn't working. Some new girl named Holly was and was available. I said I'd call back, went to the website and checked her out. The profile was filled in everything looked awesome. I then went to check the "scratching post" where you welcome her and where you can find the following quote to this day still "....BBBJ? No problem!!!...." . I then called you back and promptly booked a time. During our encounter Holly gave me CBJ and said that she didn't do BBBJ. For me not a big deal and I've seen her many times now and she's left the CBJ behind a long time ago where I'm concerned but I can see why some people may have had a legitimate complaint, not against her, she's free to do what she's comfortable with but because the info on the website could have led to expectations. Jason, I like your company, your service, the PK kitties and I'm planning to remain a loyal client but I would recommend that the info you provide be accurate and updated regularly and promptly (even with typos). I think this could help in attracting new clients like barnyard and ensure that current customers don't end up leaving with unfulfilled expectations. You know, you are right, I do get a little annoyed and I shouldn't let it get to me. At the end of the day, we are pink kitty. We are not t2t, or MGF. We offer what we do, and we have been successful at it. I think we all would be hard pressed to find anyone who wants to fix something that isn't broken. I never said it was perfect, but it has survived in a very competitive market, and we have seen many agencies come and go and we have stood the test of time.

Hell I'm with all of you on that, because if I was single, and saw escorts I would be looking for the same thing. But you need to understand that we as an agency, don't have the control over the situation like you think we do. Clients lie, Escorts Lie.. We deal with the info as we get it. The chat room with live cam is an experiment, It will put more onus on the ladies in some respect. If you speak with an escort in chat, and she tells you she offers a service and she then says she can't, then you really can't hold us responsible for it.
