Ok here is something I do not understand. If you decide to accept all the risks involved with BBCIM, why would someone not just swallow and get all those little germs into the stomach acid where they get destroyed?

The risk is just as high to pop the little buggers over the gums again as it is to get them in the acid bath, so why do the spit etc stuff?

I am not being sarcastic, I honestly do not get it.

Hmm, well I never CIM but when I brush my teeth I try to rinse my mouth well, why should I swallow that junk. I'm sure if I gave head, I would spit the stuff out, why make your body work harder then it has to to stay healthy ?

I totally agree girlfriend. I think spitting it out kills the moment plus it's not as if it tastes bad! Love to swallow and the level of intimacy it affords.

hun, tooth paste includes fluorides and other nasty chemicals. Sperm is just animal protein and some great minerals. Brushing your teeth after CIM is actually riskier it can cause bleeding etc. Well for the receiver :), not for the donor.

Just to be very clear, I would never accept CIM without blood tests and a monogamous relationship. I just do not get not swallowing part if you accept it. CIM is a personal choice.
