No side effects because it is all natural ingredients. Though my extreme horniness now might be viewed as a side effect since I cannot get an SP every 3 hours. Mind you, even before taking the pills, I was getting horny every 6 hours, so it also depends on your natural horniness too (i.e. your natural rate of sperm production).
