Bringing your own pop to fast food places

If it's a food court, they won't care or even notice. If they have their own premises, I still don't think they will care because it's not a restaurant.
So why are you asking us? Permission? Validation? Most establishments say no outside food/product to be consumed as they want to gouge you the mark up for pop. But there are always going to be those who bend the rules. I say stop drinking so much pop. The body is not meant to consume the chemicals. Try drinking water, buddy. It's a big change but worth it in the long run.

The real issue is that if you are concerned about the cost of a pop at a fast food restaurant you might want to look at how you are spending your money.

If you want a cheap sugary drink get a bottle of water that you can refill and put drink crystals in like kool aid or even cheaper are the no name equivalents.

But honestly, your health/poor diet and your personal finances/budget are the real things to look at here... no whether you can bring drink to a fast food joint

If you go out for lunch 5 days a week and spend $5 each time for a drink and a sandwich that's $25 a week and $1,300 a year. Over the course of a year, that's not a lot of money. In terms of health, the OP should do away with pop, it's the worst legal product you can consume besides cigarettes. If you have to eat out, just go to subway and get a 6 inch chicken breast, tuna, or egg salad sub on 9 grain and don't get the cookie or pop, just drink water. Of course the 9 grain bread is not that healthy, it's not whole wheat, and the chicken breast and tuna have a lot of sodium, but it's the best way to make good out of a bad situation.

I have a case of water in my back seat that I use when eating out. Last year my friend gave me a rude awakening. He emptied out a can of Coke then cut the top off and poured 40 grams of sugar into the can and said "this is what ur drinking every time you drink pop"

I was floored and it turned me off of pop

McDs will give you an empty paper cup if you take a combo meal, you can fill the cup as many times as you like. They are saving on the manpower to serve you that drink. The cup cost them more than the contents. A was told that even a large serving of Coke cost the establishment $0.18
What's with the super sized font and bright red type? Compensating for something?? :p

Yep, Mickey D's like most food establishments make their biggest gain on drinks.

Yes you can bring your own pop, but most places charge $10-20 corkage fee.

The sub you describe is my choice when I am on the run traveling. Perhaps a couple of times per month. I do not see ever bringing my own can of pop to a fast food place. If the OP's budget is tight, simply do not eat at fast food joints. Pack a sandwich. If money is not the issue then what on earth is the debate. My protest against pop prices is at the movies. A large pop and popcorn seem to cost about 12 bucks. I boycotted pop and popcorn at the movies when a ten spot did not cover the bill. I had to make an exception a couple of weeks ago. Took two teenagers to a movie. I think the theme was they were taking me, but I seemed to be paying. Go figure. Their (my) bill for the night was somewhere around 80 bucks.

Agreed. I bend over and take it because a movie without popcorn and coke, it is just weird. I've done it and it leaves me feeling out of sorts, like something is missing.
Anyhow I might be getting fucked, but at least I get a movie and some food shoved down my throat. If only they would whisper sweet nothings in my ear.

However I don't go to movies very often, so my butthurt is usually healed by the time the next movie comes around. That and the extra butter I always get seems to be an effective lube.

I don't know why they don't sell cigarettes at the movies. I like a good smoke after I've been fucked. It is also why I wear a dress and makeup when I go to movies, I like to look pretty if I am going to be fucked.

If you wear 6 inch stilletos, I will buy the popcorn :D

Do they still check you for camcorders?
Signs are everywhere. You have to wonder if the kids that they hire really care about it though.

Considering most places will allow you refills, why would you need to take your own?
Agreed. Unless someone objects to paying for the first one. I know a fairly well off lady who goes to the movies and takes her "old" empty popcon bag with her and goes to the counter for a "refill". Amazing.

I've often wondered what sort of loser brings their own food or beverage to a restaurant (even a fast food restaurant).

If you don't want to pay their prices, DON'T GO.

If you bring-your-own, you're nothing but a loser.

I was in Niagara Falls as it is my norm visiting family there. We went to a restaurant for lunch. When asked what we wanted to drink my wife and daughter in law asked for ice water. They were told we don't serve water BUT we will sell you a bottle of water for $2.99!!! We got up and left disgusted. They could have had a bill of over $60.00 from us but they ended up with a big fat ZERO!!!!!!!!!
