Funny thing is that according to the article, the problem is because their own government won't allow store expansion. Land of the free, ha.http://news.ca.msn.com/local/britis...-calls-for-american-only-hours-at-us-costco-1

Very simple way to do that, really. Just lower the prices that Canadians pay for gas and milk at home - DUH!I hope that the Americans get their wish.
Canadians should in this area should respect the wishes of our American cousins and not shop in their town / city / state.
Ever.
Are you sure? More red necked then the random shit-smelling Idaho town I stopped by where some of the people I tried to talk to could only speak spanish?I've been to that Costco and let me assure you that you can't get more red necked then that place.
Just saying.
lol. :rofl:Just wait until we stand outside the Costco and ask 'em "Have you been to the Stampede yet?"
Oh, don't do that the argument will go on for years!I think the minority there who created that anti-canadian page just needs to be reminded of the outcome of the War of 1812!!
The Canadians should complain that gas and milk prices should be quoted in liters. That would really piss them off.
Nope. Canadians should complain that we pay too much in Canada for milk (supply management) and gas (taxes). The Canadians should complain that gas and milk prices should be quoted in liters. That would really piss them off.
Canadians should want the measurement in LITRES, not LITERS. Learning to spell like a Canadian and not an American would piss them off even more. The Canadians should complain that gas and milk prices should be quoted in liters. That would really piss them off.
Everything in canada is overpriced. Is the canadian market free?Nope. Canadians should complain that we pay too much in Canada for milk (supply management) and gas (taxes).
I can't remember who on this board said this but they made a valid point that in Canada does have much higher min wage compared to the US. Remember every time min. wage went up, Tim hortons also increased their prices as well, that wasn't a coincidence. So things may be overpriced, but there is a reason for that.Everything in canada is overpriced. Is the canadian market free?
