I'm really disappointed to open up the technology forum and see these trolling posts from you djk. I thought you were better than that.

I'm holding those that love to fling shit at Apple to the same standard.

It doesn't change my ability to offer levelheaded advice to those who don't care about Samsung this or Apple that.

Try rising above them? I expect "nah nah nah I'm better than you" trollings from others, but I didn't expect it from you. Being an apple (or android, or windows, or whatever) fan is one thing, but finding articles the way others do and you have not begun is childish and unproductive.

i would be surprised to find even one company that gets stuff from china that isn't supporting child labour. seems naive to continue being amazed at the employment practices in china.

Being in the washington post means something?

It's also a no real substance article, take a read of it.

a) 'Seven children younger than 16 were working in the factory of HEG Electronics (Huizhou) ' Contrast with : http://www.labour.gov.on.ca/english/hs/faqs/workplace.php (short version, a 15yr old can work in a factory in Canada) so this doesn't say much

b) Apples kids where widely reported to be 13.

c) I don't really see a problem with 14+ working in an electronics assembly factory, unless the youngsters are being beaten or forced but then they are probably beathing and forcing adults too. And it should be well balanced with school. There are a lot of youngsters wanting to make some money so that shouldn't be an issue.

d) we have a shit load of crime on our streets because kids don't wanna work here, they are entitled, and some have guns making them 'more entitled' put them in a factory and make them work :)
Too funny.

When Apple does it, its bad. When Samsung does it, the rationalization hamster comes out to play.
