What are some of the best all-you-can-eat restaurants? There are a ton of all you can eat Chinese and Japanese places, a few Indian places, a Middle Eastern place, I wish they had all you can eat Mexican or Greek food!!

I don't go to pig out, I go for the wide selection available.

Years ago there used to be Town & Country which was a great all you can buffet of roast beef, turkey, ham etc. But I'm going back about 35 years and i don't know of any places like that currently except for Mandarin which is basically chinese.
You can also try Vinnie Zucchini's and/or Frankie Tomato's but they're both italian.

I remember Town & Country! The one at Woodbine and Steeles? Good times. :)

I like Imperial Buffet, at Warden and Lebovic. Dragon Pearl isn't bad. It has lobster some nights and peking duck every day.

Is Vinnie Zucchini still around? The only one I knew of was at Dufferin and Steeles and it closed ages ago. Frankie's is good, but I find it too greasy (everything is fried, it seems).

I love Imperial Buffet, haven't been there in about 17 years. I like Mandarin and Dragon Pearl, but I wouldn't go more than once a year. I haven't been to Frankie Tomatto's in about 6 years, I love that place, I went to Vinny Zucchini's once, and I found it to be worse than Frankie's.

There was another great buffet called Bloomsberry Cafe, it closed and turned into Jerusalem buffet, which is ok.

If you think Sunday Brunch, The Old Mill, The Windsor Arms, and the King Edward Hotel can't be beat. Great food, but can be crowded.

I like the Japanese ones, Yama Sushi at Yonge and Sheppard used to have a nice all you can eat menu with good food but they closed down now I believe.

Somehow, Tuckers and the Old Mill should not be compared. The last time I was dragged there, on someones birthday, my teeth screamed from the salt in the food.
i haven't been to tuckers in a long time and the last time i was there was for the breakfast buffet and i destroyed the bacon. if i was going it would be to take my kids there. cheap and easy.

The new Vinnie Zucchini is at Vaughan Mills in the strip mall just off of Rutherford close to Jane, northside of the mall.

Fair enough, but if I took a date there she'd probably think I hated her, but then if you wanted to get rid of a date , it might work.

depends on where you pick her up lol. if you grab her from the trailer park she would probably run home and tell paw she met a millionaire.

It was a buffet style true truck stop, with a section strictly for truckers, on 401 near Kingston, recently close though.
makes sense why i never heard of it, i never go that way. a lot of truck stops are getting rid of the buffet now cuz truckers are getting to damn fat. the T/A heading out the other way does have a not bad one though. most T/A's now are just a menu and you can have seconds on the menu where it used to be an all you can eat menu.

The last Tucker's I went to was the one at Eglinton and Warden. It was absolutely atrocious. Never going back.

One of the best buffet experiences I've had was at the Ritz-Carleton Kapalua in Maui. The food was fresh and made in very small batches. But the best part was that, being a Ritz, you could order anything you wanted and the chef would whip it up. Didn't even have to be on menu.
